Their customer service is excellent! I had a ring custom made by another jeweler in Hawaii and have since lost weight so it didn’t fit anymore. I had them resize my engagement and wedding band. Not only was the resize PERFECT, but they cleaned the rings up so beautifully!! I will be coming back!

My goodness, Amy, Kim, Matt and Skyler all cheerfully assisted me in repairs of my own pieces and most patiently helped me assemble at least 3 creations from my Mother’s (gifts from Dad!) possessions!! This family business is very good at making your life a bit more heartwarming as you wear your own family memories on your person! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Took the time to help me. My daughter talked with other staff members and has decided after talking with them to have them design a ring for herself. I would strongly suggest you choose them for any of your jewelry needs.

They designed a necklace using my engagement ring stone and another stone. Stunning! Love it! Ended up buying bracelet too. Will be back soon! Great service and beautiful items of all price ranges in store! Loved my experience!
