Received immediate attention from Donna Bennett. Was asked what l was looking for and was shown several selections. Unable to reach a decision and receiving no pressure, I left to return later that afternoon. I walked in and Ms. Bennett recognized me at once. Having reached my decision, I made my purchase. As Ms. Bennett completed my transaction, another employee assisted me by wrapping my purchase. Overall, I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Took a necklace by for repair and was advised that the repair could take at least a week. Well guess what, we had it back within a few days. Great service and very reasonable price.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Took the time to help me. My daughter talked with other staff members and has decided after talking with them to have them design a ring for herself. I would strongly suggest you choose them for any of your jewelry needs.

They designed a necklace using my engagement ring stone and another stone. Stunning! Love it! Ended up buying bracelet too. Will be back soon! Great service and beautiful items of all price ranges in store! Loved my experience!
